About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our European Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities in Germany.
This internship offers practical experience across the recruitment process, with a particular focus on warehouse, logistics and operational positions. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and local business teams in an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities for warehouse, logistics, operational and professional positions.
- Search for suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other local recruitment channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Contact candidates and provide information about job opportunities and the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records in the recruitment system.
- Support the preparation and publication of job advertisements.
- Assist with recruitment events, employer branding and local recruitment-channel development.
- Leverages AI coding assistants to drive measurable improvements in productivity.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support other Talent Acquisition projects.
Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in recruitment, human resources and the logistics industry.
- Previous recruitment, HR or administrative internship experience is an advantage, but not required.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized, responsible and attentive to detail.
- You are comfortable contacting and communicating with candidates.
- You are able to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
- You have good Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent German and good English skills are required, Chinese speaking will be a plus to this role.
