About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Governance & Change Manager to help shape and continuously improve how Digital Technology operates within E.ON Energy Markets (EMDT).

This role sits at the intersection of governance, transformation, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with Digital Leadership, Product Teams, Enterprise Architects, Controllers and stakeholders across E.ON Energy Markets and Digital Technology to drive transparency, improve execution and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.

As E.ON Energy Markets continues to evolve its Digital Technology operating model, this role will play a central part in shaping how change is governed, how performance is managed and how cross-functional initiatives are delivered. You will challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement and help create an environment that enables high-quality delivery in a fast-moving trading technology landscape.

This role goes beyond traditional project coordination or PMO activities. We are looking for someone who combines strong governance and organizational skills with an understanding of digital technology and energy trading, can challenge stakeholders constructively and is able to drive outcomes across organizational boundaries without formal authority.
