Key Responsibilities
- Lead global competitive intelligence across trials, data, conferences and market developments.
- Generate market insights to support brand strategy, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Shape competitive positioning alongside Global Brand Teams.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and regional teams.
- Support brand planning, launch strategy and business development activities.
- Build strong external relationships and maintain deep disease-area expertise.
- Manage budgets and contribute to long-range revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 10+ years' pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Background in global marketing, market research and/or competitive intelligence.
- Strong oncology and/or rare disease experience preferred.
- Experience with brand planning, forecasting and commercial strategy.
- Strong understanding of US and international regulatory environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
