ASPIRE Logistics Management Traineeship

VeröffentlichtVeröffentlicht: 9.7.2026
Inklusive Berufe

Job Description

As a Logistics Management Trainee (m/f/x), you’ll join our 18-month ASPIRE trainee program and gain in-depth insights into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. Together, we’ll shape the logistics world of tomorrow and implement global supply chain solutions as part of an international team.

Starting October 5, 2026, you’ll dive into the diverse tasks of our warehouses through various assignments at our locations in, for example, in Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, etc.

This is how we’ll prepare you for your managerial role in warehouse operations or project management. Are you on it?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations & Warehouse Insights: You’ll gain hands-on experience in all areas of our warehouses—including receiving, returns, and shipping—through assignments at various locations both domestically and (if desired) abroad, and you’ll learn warehouse logistics from the ground up;
  • Business Unit Understanding: You’ll gain insights into our TECH, Healthcare, and Consumer Products business units and come to understand their specific requirements, priorities, and challenges in various logistics environments;
  • Logistics Engineering & Planning: One of your assignments will take you to the Logistics Engineering department, where you’ll gain in-depth insights into logistics and warehouse planning;
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Working alongside our teams of experts, you will analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automating and digitizing the entire supply chain;
  • Leadership & Operations: You will gain in-depth knowledge of our operational logistics processes and will also have the opportunity to take on your first leadership responsibilities;
  • Learning & Development: We support you during your time as a trainee with targeted leadership training, communication training, and much more.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;
  • Initial practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in warehouse logistics, for example through internships, part-time student jobs, or an apprenticeship;
  • Work Style & Attitude: You stand out thanks to your strong analytical and conceptual skills, high level of self-motivation, and a deep passion for logistics processes;
  • Linguistic confidence: You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

WE OFFER

  • Responsibility from the Start: You’ll take on your own tasks and projects early on and can actively influence processes and results.
  • Personal Development: Through targeted training, mentoring, and feedback, we support your professional and personal growth.
  • Flexible Work: Depending on your role, you’ll benefit from flexible work hours and the option to work remotely.
  • Corporate Benefits: Enjoy attractive discounts at numerous partner companies.
  • ArvatoCare – Company-Sponsored Supplemental Health Insurance: Your health is important to us—that’s why you’ll receive free supplemental insurance with an annual health budget.
