The customer is a large European institution. Position is ON-SITE in Munich-Germany and requires working students only.


Skills

Experience

· Review current Knowledge creation process

  • Share KM process best practices
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve Hardware and Software issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Incident and Change management within a special period of time (SLA)
  • Run a diagnosis of the problem on the spot using an diagnostic tool
  • Install Desktop/laptop and printer devices
  • Replace defective parts and equipment if necessary
  • Assemble and install Video Conferencing systems (VICO)
  • Participate in planned changes, updates and moves by arranging equipment and transferring data
  • Provide prompt and communicate accurate feedback to client
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and up to date in ticketing system
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Maintain good relationships with clients

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Experience with e.g. Windows 10/11, Office 365, Windows Applications, Chrome, MS TEAMs, Adobe, etc.
  • Good understanding of computer systems (hard- & software), printers and VICO systems
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot support and repair of desktop hardware
  • Vocational Education and communication skills
  • Good mastering of the English language, both written and verbal

Personal Skills

· Ability to work in an international organization (English communication skills are required)

· German communication skills are nice to have

· Ability to manage her- or him -self to solve complex problems

· Team Player


Attractive students part time salary - basis 80 hrs per month.
