Create work instructions, checklists, manuals and other documentation to support our self-perform strategy within the Technical Fleet Management Team. You will be working together with responsible colleagues at sites, and with the O&M Optimization Managers on fleet level as well as the colleagues from Engineering to deliver this key activity for our "self-perform" strategy across the fleet.
About the Role
- Create technical documentation according to project charters and plans to enable self-perform strategies.
- Draft XML-based documentation in Oxygen (XML Editor) and Cinnamon (CMS) following the latest process and document management standards
- Updating and improving existing documentation with regards to process modifications, safety alerts, site requirements or administrational changes
- Create and manage digital checklists to be used on mobile devices and enabling data analysis
- Try out new applications for checklist creation and assess usability
Job requirements and experience
- Currently enrolled as a student at an University in the field of Applied Sciences
- Affinity for technical writing and document management
- Willingness to work with new processes and IT systems
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English. Other European languages would be an advantage
- Interest in Offshore Wind Technology
- Self-motivated, accurate and persistent with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
