Are you passionate about helping people grow and creating meaningful learning experiences? Join our Learning, Talent & Performance Management Team at Riverty! We work with leaders and teams to design impactful development programs, improve performance, and strengthen our culture of learning.

We are the Learning, Talent & Performance Management Team, which is a part of our People & Culture function, a group of dedicated professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact. We collaborate closely in ensuring we have all the capabilities needed to achieve business and people growth at peak performance.

Your Tasks

  • Learning & Skill Building
    • Contribute to the coordination, development and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
    • Support the production of digital learning formats for internal audiences
  • Talent & Leadership Development
    • Assist in the setup and execution of talent development program by conducting research, preparing supporting materials, and coordinating relevant activities
    • Provide logistical and content support for the implementation of our Leadership Flagship Program
  • Performance & Development Processes
    • Help further develop our performance management framework by preparing training materials as well as tracking progress
  • Project & Operational Support
    • Support daily operations and strategic projects across Learning, Talent & Performance
    • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives by managing administrative tasks and supporting communication within the People & Culture team

Your Profile

  • You are studying Human Resources, Social Science, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have already started a Master's program
  • You have 15–20 hours per week to support our team
  • Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently
  • Competencies in working with AI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT; Synthesia; Canva) and first experience in project management are a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
