Are you passionate about IT and Operational Technology (OT) and looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping Service Management processes? As a Working Student in our IT/OT Service team, you will have the chance to work closely with experts in building and optimizing our new OT ServiceNow platform, including all underlying Service Management processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply and enhance your technical skills, gain insights into the energy industry, and enjoy a steep learning curve.

About the Role

  • Analyze OT tickets to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Support in creating KPIs and reports for better decision-making
  • Assist in crafting Knowledge Articles for diverse OT Services to enhance documentation and user guidance
  • Document meeting minutes to drive transparency and action tracking in team discussions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless implementation of the OT ServiceNow platform

Job Requirements and Experience

  • Ongoing studies in the field of information technology, business informatics, or another relevant discipline such as engineering or economics, with at least 12 months remaining until graduation and a strong interest in IT/OT topics
  • IT affinity and a good knowledge of standard in the industry IT solutions and technologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL processes are a plus
  • Basic understanding of the energy industry is advantageous
  • Independent and structured working style in a dynamic environment
  • Strong command of English in both spoken and written form; German skills are beneficial but not mandatory
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
