The team – your impact
As part of our Communications and Employer Branding team, you’ll help us to prove that E.ON Digital Technology is more than an energy company - it’s also a tech employer. You’ll create straightforward, engaging stories for employees and candidates, using and developing our employer-branding initiatives to highlight the people and projects driving our digital, sustainable-energy future.
Your role – meaningful and rewarding
- Support in the organization of selected recruiting and brand awareness events as well as diversity and tech fairs
- Coordinate and further expand our relationships with universities, business schools and research institutes to build awareness of our employer brand and attract top tech talent
- Support in the development of our internal “Corporate Ambassador Community” empowering employees to be the authentic face and voice of E.ON Digital Technology on LinkedIn
- Create and maintain content across multiple platforms, including the company website, LinkedIn groups, and Kununu
- Create engaging and relevant content, including employee success stories, testimonials, and other multimedia assets, to showcase the company's culture and workplace environment
Your profile – authentic & open-minded
- You are an enrolled student in the field of Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business psychology or a related field
- You have initial experience in employer branding or similar areas in form of internships or working student positions
- Understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing is beneficial
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills (German and English), both written and verbal, with the ability to convey a compelling employer brand story
- Experience with photography and video editing are not a must, but a plus
