The Team – your impact

The Client Success team within the Service Enablement unit is part of Expert Services organization. We drive excellence across all units, and the Client Success team focuses on enhancing client-centric processes, visibility, and positioning to ensure customer success at scale.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Supporting our process owner in all tasks related to the work around customer satisfaction
  • Documentation and reporting of client interviews
  • Creation and maintenance of conversation guidelines
  • Understanding and further development of the processes and tools used

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Communication or a related field
  • You enjoy organizational activities, have a pronounced structure and pay attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard, high-visibility, and complex team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
