At the heart of RWE Generation's transformation, the Business Improvement Team drives and coordinates Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring effective Change Management across technologies. We're looking for a working student who's passionate about these topics and eager to make an impact.
Support our real-world improvement projects and be responsible for building an engaging SharePoint presence. In this role, your contributions will directly influence how our department communicates, collaborates, and grows.
About the role
- Operational Excellence & Change Support: Be part of business transformation projects and collaborate with experts to optimise processes and facilitate positive change.
- Build Our Presence: Help create a dynamic SharePoint site and additional communication channels to showcase our Department's work and culture.
- Smart Communication: Craft and streamline transparent documentation and communication materials for all levels, including senior leadership.
Job requirements and experience
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Communication, Social Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Administration UI/UX Design, or related fields).
- Experience in developing workshops or materials as well as presenting to various audiences, up to Board level.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, organised, and responsible with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business fluent English.
Advantageous, but not essential
- German language skills.
