To strengthen our team, we're looking for an experienced professional to join as Project Developer Wind & Solar (m/f/d), responsible for developing our projects from the initial site idea through to permit-readiness.


Your Responsibilities

  • Project Acquisition & Site Development: Identify, evaluate and secure suitable land for wind and PV projects, including feasibility analyses
  • Project Development & Permitting: Manage permitting and planning processes, and coordinate experts, planners, authorities and other project partners
  • Technical & Economic Assessment: Analyze grid connection options, project layouts and economic viability; manage costs, timelines and risks
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with landowners, municipalities, authorities and grid operators
  • Project Handover: Prepare projects for financing, sale, or handover into the construction phase


Your Profile

  • Completed degree or comparable qualification in a technical or energy-related field
  • Several years of professional experience in project development for wind or solar projects
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and grid-technical fundamentals
  • Analytical, structured, and self-driven way of working
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent German and advanced English
