Transaction Manager – Real Estate
Our client is a large European real estate investment platform with a multi-billion-euro portfolio spanning commercial and residential assets across major European cities. They are seeking a Transaction Manager to join their high-performing transaction team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional looking to work on hotel and commercial real estate investments in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Sourcing & Deal Execution: Identify and manage investment and sale opportunities across Europe.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing management.
- Market Research & Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, prepare business plans, and track relevant market developments.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and key industry players.
- Data & Due Diligence Oversight: Supervise data collection and transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare investment reports, presentations, and key transaction documents, including letters of intent.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: At least two years in Transactions or Asset Management within the real esate sector.
- Education: Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) is beneficial.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple transactions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to deal execution.
