The team – your impact
Our team of 10 Talent Acquisition Managers is responsible for the entire recruitment activity of E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) and takes ownership for an excellent candidate experience while finding the best talent. As their team lead you play a crucial role in leading the recruitment strategy and ensuring the team’s performance to jointly drive the company's growth and success.
Your role – meaningful & rewarding
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's objectives to attract, assess, and hire top talent
- Leading the team of talent acquisition managers by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to optimize their performance and professional development
- Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process end-to-end from sourcing to contracting
- Steering and conducting executive hiring
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and E.ON’s policies throughout the recruitment process
Your profile – authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Proven leadership experience and in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-changing and/or IT-Tech environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing top-level interfaces
- Structured approach to work as well as strong organizational and project management skills with commitment towards results
- Proactive work style and proficiency with standard office and project management tools
- Business fluency in English and German are mandatory
