Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for an experienced, tanker operations co-ordinator to join their team in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage and coordinate European shipping of liquid energy products
• Maintenance and monitoring of all relevant contracts and documentation ensuring both regulatory and internal control compliance and actioning any discrepancies
• Collaborate actively with trading operators and other stakeholders to support successful trading activities
• Monitor vessel locations and ensuring all relevant import/export documentation is present
• Role reports to the Head of Operations

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 2+ years working in maritime/tanker logistics and documentation
• Strong experience working in laytime and demurrage analysis and claims
• Experience with compliance processes, trade finance, and letters of credit
• Experience maintaining records and audit documentation in a fast paced environment
• Role is to be located in Hamburg
