Strategic Relationships Coordinator
Strategic Relationships Coordinator (Munich OR Berlin)
Global Finance Firm
Full Time
I'm currently partnering with a leading global investment firm on the search for a Strategic Relationships Coordinator to join their growing team in either Berlin or Munich.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in highly collaborative, relationship-driven environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of senior stakeholder engagement, executive support, events, communications, and operations. The role has been created to support the firm's Strategic Relationships function and will work closely with senior leadership across Europe, helping to coordinate and strengthen some of the firm's most important external relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that relationship-building efforts are executed seamlessly, stakeholders remain engaged, and internal teams stay aligned.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role, nor is it purely operations focused. Instead, it offers a unique blend of relationship management, project coordination, event support, executive-facing communication, and strategic administration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior stakeholders with the coordination and management of key external relationships across Europe
- Maintaining accurate relationship data, engagement histories, and contact records across internal systems and CRM platforms
- Coordinating communications, outreach initiatives, invitations, and follow-up activities on behalf of senior leadership
- Partnering closely with investing, operations, communications, events and other teams to ensure visibility and alignment across important relationships
- Supporting the planning and delivery of high-profile events, workshops, and executive gatherings
- Managing guest lists, relationship mapping, stakeholder analysis, and engagement tracking
- Drafting personalized communications and preparing stakeholder briefings, summaries, and background materials
- Managing LinkedIn activity, relationship networks, and other external engagement activities on behalf of senior executives
- Leading structured follow-up following meetings and events to ensure meaningful ongoing engagement
- Coordinating cross-functional projects while maintaining strong organisation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have gained experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, private client services, investor relations, relationship management, events, public relations, communications, business operations, or other high-touch stakeholder-facing environments.
- The ideal candidate will be naturally relationship-oriented, highly organised, and confident navigating multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll enjoy connecting people, coordinating moving pieces, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating structure within fast-paced environments.
- Strong judgement, discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail will be essential for success in this role.
- Fluency in both German and English is required, and candidates should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, sophisticated external networks, and international teams.
- Experience using CRM systems, project coordination tools, and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace and Notion would be highly beneficial.
- You are based in either Berlin or Munich.
What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the breadth of exposure. You'll gain visibility across senior leadership, strategic initiatives, events, communications, and relationship management, while joining a firm known for partnering with some of the most ambitious founders and businesses globally.
