Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading medical company headquartered in Germany.
The consultant will be part of a global Finance transformation team responsible for the design, implementation and rollout of a harmonised SAP S/4HANA Finance template across multiple countries and legal entities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a senior SAP Finance functional consultant within the global S/4HANA programme.
- Lead and participate in Finance design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyse current Finance processes and identify opportunities for harmonisation and standardisation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the global Finance template.
- Support configuration and functional design across SAP FI and CO.
- Work with local Finance teams to understand country-specific requirements.
- Support localisation and country rollout activities.
- Produce functional specifications and work closely with SAP technical teams.
- Support integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide functional leadership during deployment and hypercare.
- Work closely with the wider SAP programme, including Treasury, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales workstreams.

Strong understanding of the S/4HANA Universal Journal and integration between FI and CO is required.
