- You will collaborate with national and international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to leverage data for the business transformation of Energy Networks
- You lead the definition, development, and execution of a data AI strategy, supporting both ongoing and future business transformations, as well as the continuous development of digital business platforms(Rocks)
- As a leader of the Expert Team within the Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will prepareand moderate meetings with the PMO expert and actively contribute strategic insights and proposals alongside other team members
- You will manage cross-functional teams and support strategic projects
- In collaboration with the Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will drive decisions on standardization and optimization
- You will represent Energy Networks as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings,presentations, and discussions on Digital & IT
A background that convinces us
- A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with expertise in programming languages, statistical analysis, data visualization, machine learning, data wrangling, big data technologies, database management,and data mining
- Strong problem-solving, research, and project management skills, with the ability to apply technical solutions to support business strategies and solve business challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Ideally, knowledge of the European energy industry, and a passion for using digital technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and transformation
- Business fluency in both German and English to interact effectively within the E.ON Group and with Distribution Systems Operations
