Job Spec:
Solution Architect (SAP) - As a Technology Solution Planning Architect specializing in SAP, this role will be the technical backbone for understanding and making an assessment of the existing Technology Landscape and help customer defining the road map which is aligned with technology advancement and helps bringing efficiency and value in business process.
This role will require helping CIO and Transformation director in making the right decision with clear understanding of the pros and cons of the architectural decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Establish trusted-advisor relationships with client executives and internal leadership. Communicate business outcomes and value realization in business (not just technical) language. Co-create solutions with client teams, delivery leads, and partner ecosystems.
- Solution & Architecture Design
- Design Application Modernization approach
- Design Cloud Migration Approach, assess different hyperscale’s.
- Make and justify build/buy/reuse and on-prem vs. RISE/cloud architecture decisions, articulating trade-offs and risks
- Ensure architecture meets performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 20 + Years of experience in SAP as Consultant, Program Management and Solutioning
- Experience as Solution Architecture helping customer in defining digital modernization roadmap involving
- ECC to S/4 Transformation (Different Approach)
- Cloud Migration (On prem – to Cloud) / SAP RISE
- Consolidation legacy application, clean core strategy
- Experience in dealing with SAP products such as SAP CALM, ARIBA, CRM
- Experience in AI / Automation for Operations and Business Process
- Experience in working with Offshore Team (India)
- Experience in Delivering Implementation, Rollout and Application Management Services.
Language
- Native German Speaker with fluency in English
