Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Motor R&D Engineer to join our technical R&D team. The candidate will be responsible for the structural design, parameter calculation, technical development and project iteration of core products including coreless motors, frameless torque motors and robot joint modules. This role independently undertakes motor product development projects, optimizes production processes, and provides technical support for mass production and product iteration, empowering the company’s layout in advanced motor and robot core component fields.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake the overall design and development of coreless motors, frameless torque motors and robot joint modules independently, complete structural design, performance parameter simulation and calculation, and ensure product performance meets technical indicators and application requirements.
- In-depth participate in the whole process of motor product development, from scheme demonstration, structural design, sample trial production, performance testing to mass production docking, and follow up project progress to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Master the driving and control principles of coreless motors, optimize motor control schemes and product performance, solve technical problems in product development, trial production and application.
- Familiar with motor manufacturing processes and production flows, optimize product structures and manufacturing processes, improve product stability, consistency and production efficiency, and reduce production costs.
- Cooperate with production, testing, sales and other teams, analyze product technical problems and customer application demands, put forward effective optimization and solutions, and complete technical documentation sorting and iteration.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Possess more than 5 years of professional product development experience in the motor manufacturing industry; proficiently familiar with the entire production process, manufacturing technology and mass production verification process of motors.
- Professional Competence: Expertise in the structural design and performance parameter calculation of coreless motors, frameless torque motors and joint modules; proficient in the driving logic and core control principles of coreless motors, with solid theoretical foundation and practical technical capabilities.
- Project Experience: Have successful independent project development and full-cycle follow-up experience of coreless motors, frameless torque motors or joint module products; candidates with relevant R&D experience in the robot core components industry are highly preferred.
