Job Description:

  1. Handle daily logistics RFQ requests, consolidate vendor quotations, and track shipment status.
  2. Maintain logistics and warehousing records, including inbound/outbound documentation, arrival confirmation, and POD (Proof of Delivery) archival.
  3. Support periodic reviews of central warehouse and consignment warehouse inventory levels; track inventory discrepancies and exceptions.
  4. Document cargo damage and loss incidents during warehousing and transportation; follow up on claim settlement progress.
  5. Assist in submission and approval of internal warehouse and logistics processes; track follow-up actions to closure.
  6. Coordinate day-to-day communication with European warehouses, logistics service providers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  7. Provide operational support for ad-hoc warehousing and logistics activities as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); solid data management and basic analytical skills.
  3. Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and follow-up capabilities
  4. English as working language required; German or other European languages is a strong plus
  5. Genuine interest in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations; prior relevant internship experience is a plus
