We are looking for a Logistics Manager to expand our Team in Europe.
Responsibility
- Plan and manage transportation routes for tires and raw materials across Europe including Linglongs Factories.
- Develop and manage logistics and warehousing resources, including tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and third-party warehouses.
- Manage logistics service providers, including KPI monitoring, performance reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Analyze logistics performance and costs and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement logistics standards, processes, policies, and procedures across Europe.
- Manage import/export and customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and resolve logistics and delivery issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate and support customer audits related to logistics and customs processes.
- International Business Trips on a regular basis.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a related position in the Tire Industry or Automotive Industry
- Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English and chinese - Any other additional language is a plus
- Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
