In this role, you will support customers in key industries on their journey to optimize revenue processes using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, thrive in collaborative environments, and are passionate about enabling customer success, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Impact
As a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist, you will play an essential role in the sales cycle-partnering closely with account teams to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and showcase how Salesforce Revenue Cloud can support seamless revenue operations. You will also collaborate with services and partner teams to help deliver connected, efficient, and human-centered buying experiences. With guided quoting, billing automation, and Agentforce-powered AI, you'll demonstrate how customers can scale their revenue models with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand business requirements and map them to Revenue Cloud capabilities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points and areas of opportunity within quote-to-cash processes
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to industry-specific challenges, highlighting features such as CPQ, contract lifecycle management, orders, and billing
- Develop solution narratives that articulate the value of automating revenue operations and improving customer experiences with guided selling and AI-powered tools
- Serve as a trusted advisor by responding to technical questions and addressing concerns throughout the sales process
- Stay current on Revenue Cloud enhancements, AI innovations, and trends in your focus industries
- Contribute to reusable assets, playbooks, and best practices-especially in support of Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, and Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG)
- Represent the team at industry events, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related customer-facing role-ideally in the CRM or revenue lifecycle space
- Fluent in German and English
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud; deep understanding of CPQ and billing capabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a wide range of audiences
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
- Passion for problem-solving and a commitment to customer success
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automation tools is a strong plus
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant) are desirable
