Our Development Optimization department at RWE Renewables Onshore & PV Europe & Australia (OPEA) is responsible for developing optimization opportunities for projects such as innovative technologies and services and making them ready for development at scale across all relevant markets. We are looking for an energeticand committed intern (d/f/m) for a period of at least 4 and up to 6 months. Joining our team, you will gain first-hand experience in development optimization initiatives across multiple European countries and work in a multinational and multi-cultural environment.
About the role
- Participate in the management of large-scale service development initiatives or transformation programs
- Support the design and introduction of digital tools to optimize the development activities for onshore renewable energies across 11 markets
- Support in the design and execution of project analyses
- Work on the enhancement, standardization and documentation of existing frameworks and tools
- Support of the team in operative processes
Job requirements and experience
- You're studying for an engineering, business or science degree with (very) good grades and ideally will graduate in the next 1-2 years from a renowned university or business school
- You have gained first relevant working experience during internships in fast-paced environments such as consulting, VC, strategy departments, start-up etc.
- You confidently use MS office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- You are energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You are a very good team player with a motivated and committed attitude
- You are interested in renewable energies and digitalisation
- You speak English business fluently - further European languages (out of French, Dutch, Italian,Polish,German, Spanish or Swedish) are a plus
