Installation and Operations Manager

What you will do

Lead implementation projects for new Large Item delivery and installation capabilities.

1.Assess the operational readiness of shortlisted DSPs, 3PLs and specialist service providers.

2.Lead operational onboarding and implementation of new partners.

3.Manage key service-provider relationships, including quality, capacity, KPIs and improvement actions.

4.Lead projects related to new markets, services and network expansion.

5.Support the rollout of home-installation services across Europe.

6.Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.

7.Coordinate cross-functional actions and drive risks and bottlenecks through to resolution.

8.Support capacity planning and peak readiness. Occasionally visit service providers or operational locations for key project milestones.

About you

1.5+ years of relevant experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery, transportation, field services or a comparable environment.

2.Experience working with 3PLs, DSPs, subcontractors or other external service providers.

3.Strong project-management and implementation experience.

4.Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and SLAs.

5.Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.

6.Comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment, bringing structure and planning while

7.remaining adaptable and constructively challenging existing ways of working when needed.

8.Comfortable working independently across multiple countries and projects.
