To support our manufacturing and assembly operations, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter / Coating Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prepare, clean, sand, and degrease metal components, machinery, and equipment prior to coating.
• Coating & Painting: Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings to industrial components and heavy machinery according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain conventional and automated spray guns, painting systems, and paint booth equipment.
• Material Preparation: Accurately mix and prepare paints, resins, thinners, and chemical solvents according to technical data sheets and safety guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect coated surfaces for thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and aesthetic flaws; perform necessary touch-ups, rework, and finishing tasks.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure paint booth areas, spraying tools, and mixing stations are kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Painter (Fahrzeuglackierer / Industrielackierer), Coating Technician, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Professional Experience: Proven work experience in industrial painting, automotive coating, or heavy machinery manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of diverse coating technologies, application methods, and the chemical properties of paints, solvents, and primers.
• Process Understanding: Familiarity with surface treatment standards and quality control protocols in an industrial production environment.

Safety & Environmental Standards

• Safe and compliant handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous substances, chemical solvents, and industrial coatings.
• Consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including air-fed respiratory masks, protective suits, and gloves.

Working Conditions

• Work environment: State-of-the-art production halls, surface preparation bays, and specialized spray paint booths.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required by production schedules.
• Exposure to industrial machinery, paints, and solvents managed through strict safety and ventilation standards.
