An international pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to take ownership of end-to-end HR service delivery for Germany. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Operations team while driving process excellence, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Hire-to-Retire (H2R) activities across Germany.
• Develop, coach and support the HR Operations team.
• Drive excellence across onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, payroll-related activities and offboarding.
• Support HR transformation initiatives and HR systems projects.
• Review and optimise HR processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and standardisation.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, local and international HR Operations teams, and business stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point for complex HR cases and operational challenges.
• Monitor and analyse operational KPIs and implement improvement actions where required.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.
• Several years of HR experience, ideally within an international organisation operating in a matrix environment.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Previous leadership experience with responsibility for developing and motivating teams.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and/or SAP.
• Fluency in German and English.
