We are working with a client looking for a Planning Manager / Project Manager to join our growing Infrastructure Planning team and help deliver complex projects across industrial, logistics, residential, hospitality, and civil infrastructure sectors.
In this role, you will take ownership of drainage and sewerage planning projects from concept through delivery, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public authorities to create innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage national and international infrastructure projects with a focus on drainage and sewer planning.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of civil engineering measures across HOAI service phases 1-6.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external planning teams.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Drive technical excellence and ensure high-quality planning standards.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of infrastructure planning processes.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Water Management, Drainage Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in infrastructure planning, drainage, or sewerage projects.
- Strong understanding of HOAI, relevant regulations, and engineering design standards.
- Experience using AutoCAD and an interest in developing skills in Civil 3D, Revit, and/or InfoWorks.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
- Must be able to work in Germany
- Must speak English and German
