Data Protection Lawyer | Munich
Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer to strengthen its data protection function, with a focus on connected vehicle technology, new digital products and complex data flows across a large, service-oriented organisation. → Advise business units across the organisation on all data protection matters.
→ Assess new digital products from a legal standpoint and review data flows in connected vehicles.
→ Develop the data protection strategy further, and draft standards, template contracts and declarations.
→ Work closely with the Data Protection Officer, the Chief Digital Officer and data protection coordinators across departments.
What you'll need:
→ Fully qualified lawyer (both German state examinations).
→ At least 2 years' experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel specialising in data protection, in a law firm or a company.
→ Strong communicator with an interest in technology and cross-functional work.
→ Proactive, comfortable with new subject areas, and able to solve problems independently.
