Are you ready to take Customer Value Management to the next level?We’re building a new team to drive Customer Value Management (CVM) across our European retail markets, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join us.

You will be a critical part of bringing our strategy to life. Working closely with our regional teams, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven approach, translating raw data into actionable insights and modelling probabilities of customer behavior. Your ability to translate complex information will be key to helping us better understand our customers and shape our approach to personalized experiences & value-driven decisions across Europe.

What you'll be doing

  • Data Modelling: Develop and maintain robust data models with our regional business units to predict customer behavior, such as churn probability, lifetime value, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate Customer Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover hidden patterns in customer preferences and behavior. You'll partner directly with our regional teams to turn these findings into clear, business-driven insights.
  • Design Data Visualizations: Build compelling reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key data findings to a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Collaborate with our IT and data engineering teams to maintain data quality, improve accessibility, and implement robust data solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Business Analyst and Team Lead to support strategic planning and evaluate the effectiveness of our initiatives with solid data.

What we're looking for

  • Proven Experience: Strong background as a Data Analyst with practical experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and analyzing customer behavior.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into effective data analysis problems.
  • Communication Skills: You can clearly and concisely explain complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach to solving problems with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is required.
