The Team – your impact
As part of our Communications and Employer Branding team, you’ll play a central role in how we tell our story – internally and externally. You'll shape the voice of E.ON Digital Technology, helping us communicate with employees, partners, future talent, and the broader public.
Your work will spotlight the people, projects, and progress that define our journey towards a digital, sustainable energy future.
Your Role – meaningful and rewarding
- Design and execute communication campaigns that support our strategy and connect with key audiences
- Keep our internal colleagues informed, engaged, and inspired via different channels and formats
- Shape E.ON Digital Technology’s external position – through (social) media, website content, and event appearances
- Plan, deliver, and moderate events that bring our mission to life and showcase our work
- Develop high-quality content and stories that clearly communicate our goals and successes
- Advise and support internal stakeholders from across the business to make sure our communications are aligned, timely, and impactful
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- You bring solid experience in corporate communications, PR, or a similar field – ideally in a tech or transformation-focused environment
- You have a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- You’re fluent in German and English and express yourself clearly in both
- You know how to write, edit, and produce materials that inform, engage, and inspire
- You’re experienced in planning and delivering events – from small workshops to larger corporate gatherings
- You can manage projects independently, prioritize well, and deliver on time
- You enjoy working across teams and disciplines – and contribute to a creative, positive, and supportive culture
