Your Team – your impact
As a Content Creator Video & Audio in the Video Productions team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and impactful video content that showcases our brand and engages our audience. This is your opportunity to contribute to and promote E.ON's position as a playmaker in the energy sector.
meaningful & challenging – your tasks
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, realization, and production of innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
- Develop and integrate storytelling techniques with creative concepts and scripts aligned with E.ON’s brand identity and objectives.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring optimal implementation, design quality, and compliance with CI elements and specifications.
- Manage visual design and setup while operate audio (microphone, Midas), camera (Cambot, Robocam, PTZ), and image mixing systems (KAIROS).
- Execute post-production tasks, including audio, color grading, music, SFX, subtitles, multi-camera editing, and creation of impactful edits.
- Create virtual sets using Unreal Engine (VR, Zero Density) and maintain equipment while drive technology development and portfolio optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement methods and process optimizations, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance visibility and overcome obstacles.
authentic & ambitious – your profile
- Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role including camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
- Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation and color grading.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve and Unreal Engine.
- Excel in live multi-camera editing (splitscreen, live switching) with strong skills in design and framing.
- Experienced in various editing systems (DVR, Premiere, AVID) and proficient in 2D and 3D graphic animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine).
- Deep understanding of timing, framing, formats, and storytelling, combined with expertise in audio mixing, automation, automix, compression, and ducking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders (German and English).
