Company Description
HexWorld Solutions GmbH in Dresden builds HexBau, site-operations software for large construction projects: permits to work, risk assessments, scaffold and crane logistics, subcontractor daily reports, programme and planned versus actual. We do not sell it as a licence. It arrives on a project with somebody who knows how to run it, and that person is this role.
Role Description
You run HexBau on a live project alongside the client's own team. That means setting up the approval chain the way that site actually works rather than the way a manual says it should, getting subcontractors to file their daily reports, keeping the permit process moving in the morning, and handing the client a record at the end of each week that stands up.
It is site work. You are on the project, not at a desk, and you spend your time on the part of construction management that normally eats the evening.
What you bring
- Several years as Bauleiter, Construction Manager or Project Manager on large construction projects
- Practical experience with permits to work, risk assessments and subcontractor management
- German at professional level and English good enough for an international project team
- The willingness to say plainly when something does not work
Nice to have
- Delivery experience in data centres, semiconductor fabs, pharma or process plant
- Experience introducing a new process or system on a live site
- Knowledge of VOB/B and BaustellV in practice
You do not need a technical or software background. If you can run a site, the software is the easy part.
