On behalf of a confidential client, a leading global financial services organisation and one of the world's largest financial services brands, Bruin Financial is recruiting a Vice President, Client Implementations to join a Client Conversion and Change team within the Client Experience function.

This is a senior, client facing role covering the end to end management of complex, multi year onboarding and conversion programmes, working closely with new clients and internal stakeholders to transition assets, processes and procedures from existing custodians onto the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Own project and programme management for complex, long term, multi platform new business implementations.

• Partner with internal teams and clients to facilitate the conversion of new clients' assets, processes and procedures from their current custodian.

• Deploy full programme governance, including standard artefacts to track project plans and assignments.

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, reporting and issue and risk tracking, escalating risks to senior management as required.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across client conversion and change.

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the highest quality of project delivery and client satisfaction on complex onboardings and conversions.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology and Legal to ensure onboarding and conversion needs are addressed and aligned across teams.

• Manage client expectations proactively, including scope, material project changes and customised operating models.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience.

•Project management certification strongly preferred.

• Strong background in client facing and/or project management roles.

• German language proficiency highly preferred.
