【Responsibilities】
- Create and refine surface models for exterior vehicle components using 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Clean, simplify, and repair existing surface geometry using 3DEXPERIENCE and ANSA to ensure readiness for CFD and structural simulations.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure surface quality supports downstream simulation and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform surface quality evaluations using analysis tools (e.g., curvature, draft, continuity, G1/G2 continuity) and validate compliance with engineering and simulation standards.
- Act as a bridge person between international teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment across continents.
【Requirements】
- Practical knowledge of ANSA for pre-processing, including geometry import, cleaning, and surface preparation workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering intent from design data and adapt geometry accordingly.
- Experience in model preparation, repair, and visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under project timelines.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with design and simulation teams.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, enabling effective knowledge transfer and coordination between geographically distributed teams.
