Working Student - Internal Organization

We're seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Internal Organizational Team and contribute to the strategic management of our flagship Frankfurt office. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to launch your career at the forefront of European fund services.

You'll work directly with experts who deliver innovative customer solutions spanning securities, real estate, and alternative investments.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support in daily office management operations and facilities coordination for our Frankfurt location
  • Assistance with occupational health and safety compliance monitoring and documentation
  • Document verification and maintenance of facility-related records and certifications
  • Processing of facility management requests and coordination with external service providers
  • Support in organizational process improvement initiatives within the facilities team
  • Maintenance and updating of office layouts, floor plans, and space allocation databases
  • Coordination of office moves, relocations, and workspace optimization projects
  • Support in sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance reporting


Your skills and experience:

  • You are enrolled in an Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Additionally, you possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication abilities in German and English
  • You are proficient in common office programs (MS Office Suite) and have experience with database management systems
  • Your strengths include proactive problem-solving, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy standards
