Role Description As a Working Student – Finance & Accounting, you will support the Finance Lead in the daily operations. Typical tasks include assisting with bookkeeping and invoice processing, helping prepare financial reports and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Additionally you will help with Payroll & HR-topics such as candidate communication, interview scheduling, onboarding support, and updating employee files and HR databases. You may also contribute to process improvements, support compliance-related activities, and assist with internal reporting and documentation. This is a working student part-time role, on-site role based in Berlin, requiring regular collaboration with team members across departments.


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a university program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with attention to detail in financial data and documentation.
  • Knowledge, experience & interest in accounting, finance-controlling etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfortable working with digital tools and databases.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn about crypto, fintech, and regulatory topics.
