Transportation Operations Manager(B2B Standardization & Safety)
What You'll Do
- Responsible for building the B2B transportation operation standard system and end-to-end safety management. Unify B2B service delivery standards, control cargo, transit and operational safety risks, and ensure compliant and efficient B2B business operations.
- Operation Standardization Build a full-process standard system for B2B transportation. Develop SOPs and service standards for pickup, trunk transportation, transfer and delivery to meet B2B customer requirements, and supervise full implementation on site.
- Safety System Management Establish the B2B transportation safety management system covering cargo safety, in-transit safety, vehicle safety and staff operation safety. Formulate safety specifications and risk prevention mechanisms.
- Special Optimization Promotion Analyze data on B2B operational efficiency, process execution and safety hazards. Lead special improvement projects for standardization implementation, efficiency enhancement and hazard rectification, and verify optimization results.
- Emergency & Compliance Management Build emergency response mechanisms for B2B transportation exceptions, including plan formulation and regular drills. Align with compliance requirements to ensure fully safe and compliant B2B transportation operations.
- Collaboration & Enablement Drive standardized and safety implementation among carriers and operation teams. Coordinate cross-department work with EHS and business teams. Organize standard and safety training to empower on-site operations.
About You
- Industry Experience: 5+ years
- Position Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language: Proficient in Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Experienced in building B2B transportation operation standard systems and safety control. Familiar with B2B logistics workflows and safety‑compliance requirements. Candidates with project experience in B2B transportation efficiency improvement and safety system development are preferred. Strong capabilities in overall planning, cross‑team execution and risk management.
