Projektmanager:innen oder Product Ownern) Plane und orchestriere den Aufbau und die Vorbereitung von Tests gemäß Testkonzept und beschaffe die dazu nötigen Testressourcen (Budget, Personal, Werkzeuge, Testumgebung) Verantworte die Testaktivitäten gemäß Testplan und steuere internationale Testteams sowie externe Partner:innen unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Testziele, Metriken, Risiken und des Projektkontexts Du kennst den Testfortschritt und sorgst für eine transparente und zielgerichtete Kommunikation an die relevanten Stakeholder Bringe deine Erfahrung und die Testperspektive aktiv in andere Projektaktivitäten (z. B. in die Integrationsplanung) ein und vertritt die Testinteressen gegenüber dem Projektmanagement und anderen Parteien Unterstütze bei der Auswahl und der Einführung geeigneter Testwerkzeuge und Automatisierungstools Du wirkst an der weiteren Ausgestaltung von Testprinzipien und -standards mit Dein Profil Studium mit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Methoden-Kenntnisse im Bereich Test Management & Testautomatisierung Sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner:innen Du bist versiert in agilen Arbeitsweisen und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein, um deine Strategien und Konzepte stetig weiterzuentwickeln Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit gehören neben Eigeninitiative ebenso zu deinem Arbeitsstil wie dein ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationstalent Fließende Englischkenntnisse Zertifizierung nach ISTQB (oder vergleichbar) wünschenswert Idealerweise Kenntnisse in relevanten Tools (z.B.
