A leading international semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Fab & Technology Project Manager to support the ramp-up and industrialisation of a highly automated 300mm wafer fabrication facility. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in bringing a next-generation semiconductor manufacturing site into stable high-volume production.
You will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of a software-driven, highly automated semiconductor production environment, supporting the transition from project phase into sustainable volume manufacturing.
- Drive the industrialisation and operational readiness of an advanced 300mm semiconductor manufacturing facility
- Coordinate and track production ramp-up plans to achieve volume, yield and performance objectives
- Develop and implement standard operating processes, KPI frameworks, reporting dashboards and escalation mechanisms
- Lead stabilisation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to support reliable, high-volume manufacturing
- Coordinate key technical programmes including control room operations, pilot production and transition-to-operations activities
- Ensure seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, MES, APC, IT systems and production operations
- Act as a key interface between cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare management reporting, status updates and decision-making materials for senior leadership
- Facilitate technical project reviews, steering meetings and operational coordination sessions
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience managing complex technical programmes or projects within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting production ramp-ups within highly automated manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial IT, MES and process control environments
- Ability to translate technical requirements between engineering, production and IT teams
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience creating management-level reports and presentations
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
