We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support the deployment, testing, and launch of next-generation robotics solutions within large-scale fulfillment and operational environments. Key Responsibilities


As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and

operational readiness by:

  • Leading onsite technical activities and coordinating field engineering teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and product launch requirements.
  • Conducting onsite testing and validation activities to support successful deployment into operations.
  • Participating in mandatory technical and operational training programs.
  • Communicating project progress, risks, and escalations to Product Managers and Program Leaders.
  • Auditing onsite processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and simplification.
  • Supporting operational teams through training, knowledge transfer, and best-practice implementation.
  • Owning the execution and reporting of weekly testing activities.
  • Coordinating firmware and hardware updates, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.
  • Preparing, validating, and deploying system images and feature releases on a weekly basis.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Operations Management, Robotics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in operations leadership, technical deployment, or product launch environments.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and firmware deployment processes.
  • Experience implementing or supporting autonomous or robotic systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate complex technical challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within large teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in high-energy, innovation-driven environments.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous success in high-pressure environments with a demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Experience leading or coordinating operational teams within engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industrial environments.
  • Background in industrial automation, robotics, construction, automotive, or related engineering sectors.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, continuous learning, and leadership development.
