Job description：
- Mainly responsible for the installation, maintenance, and training of domestic and overseas client equipment and instruments (such as extractors, automatic pipettes, etc.) in the molecular biology field of the company;
- Timely response to customer demands, able to flexibly use various remote processing methods to guide and solve emergency situations of client devices;
- Provide training on equipment operation, fault handling, and technical application for internal and external customers of the company.
Requirement
- Doctor's degree, majoring in biology
- Proficient in English and French
- Able to accept business trips with a travel evaluation rate of 70% in Europe
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
