Your tasks:

  • You manage the whole end-to-end recruiting process and ensure a state-of-the-art recruitment journey
  • You identify and approach candidates and accompany them throughout the hiring process (including interviews and active search) to provide a great candidate experience
  • You develop individual and target group specific sourcing strategies to attract the best talents for our job requisitions
  • You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Hiring Manager, HR Team, Headhunter) to ensure a superior hiring experience
  • You monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting KPI's in order to deliver and improve a qualitative high recruitment process
  • You manage the administrative processes involved in recruitment

Your profile:

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or similar
  • You have professional experience within recruiting and/or active sourcing as well as skills in running behavioural and competency based interviews
  • You are familiar with common sourcing tools like LinkedIn and eager to learn about new HR trends and innovations
  • You bring strong communication and relationship building skills, ability to excite and inspire people
  • You have a pleasure in dealing with people, enthusiasm in the search for talents and fun in communication in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English and German
