• Prepare sales forecasts and lead monthly demand meetings with stakeholders
• Plan and execute special promotions with Marketing/Product Managers
• Ensure effective material flow in the supply network
• rocess customer returns, credit, and debit notes, handle customer inbound inquiries on demand
• Create and process deviations (root cause, CAPA management) and participate in inspections and audits
• Monitor deliveries and ensure effective material flow as well as continuously monitor stock coverage and expiration dates
• Analyze product portfolio for optimization potential
• Maintain, improve, and develop KPIs and KPI dashboards
• Support and coordinate packaging changes with Master Planning and Regulatory
• Drive/assist the development of new processes whilst ensuring compliance with local and global requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
• Good understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English; German knowlegde is nice to have
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and act on data
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Working time model: 37,5 h/week
