For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Supply Chain Quality Manager for Quality Assurance and Industrial Changes (m/f/d) and be the interface with suppliers for operational activities.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- End-to-End QSR Management: Lead the QSR (Quality Survey Report) process from NOE (Notification of Escape) to full closure as QSR Originator.
- Documentation & Meetings: Prepare and review crucial meeting documentation, including One Pagers, Minutes of Meetings, and TOAC creations.
- Tool & Data Accuracy: Ensure real-time updates across tracking systems (SMP/Action Plan Management, SAP, One Folder, and Google Drive).
- Safety & Corrective Actions: Own and manage SARIs (Safety Related Items) originating from quality issues, driving robust Containment, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions until resolution.
Industrial Changes & Strategic Programs
- Industrial Transitions: Act as the SCQM lead for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) activities.
- Qualification & Compliance: Guarantee industrial qualification and maturity for all Industrial Changes, monitoring strict compliance with client/Airbus requirements and steering smooth transitions into serial production.
- Maturity Checks: Secure robust ASR (Airbus Supplier Requirement) maturity and compliance checks prior to serial production.
- Supplier Reviews: Lead Industrial reviews for NPI or ToW directly at supplier sites.
- Act as APQP Lead or Assessor for Industrial Changes and support strategic programs during their development phase.
🎯 Requirements:
- Willingness to occasional business travels (1-2 times per year, within Europe)
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Disciplines, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Quality.
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Engineering, Supplier Management, Quality Management, or Supply Chain.
- SAP: In-depth practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- MS Excel: Advanced proficiency (mastery of advanced and detailed functions).
- Google Workspace: Good familiarity with the suite tools.
- English: Business fluent / negotiation level.
- German: Language skills are considered a strong asset / advantage.
