Wofür du dein Bestes gibst.
Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten Teams von 2-3 Mitarbeiter:innen
Mitgestaltung und Vorantreiben strategischer, teamübergreifender Themen innerhalb der Abteilung
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von nationalen und internationalen Einkaufsprozessen (Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen, Vertragsmanagement)
Unterstützung bei der Quartalsplanung und Kommunikation mit dem Senior Management
Unterstützung bei der Finanzplanung innerhalb der Abteilung
Positionierung als Schnittstellenrolle zu relevanten Stabsstellen der Gesamtorganisation

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares Feld
Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen zu kommunizieren
Beratungsexpertise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Tatsachen und Ergebnisse klar, strukturiert und logisch nachvollziehbar aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
Eigeninitiative und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Was wünschenswert ist.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in zentraler Funktion (Einkauf, Finanzen etc.) von Einzelhandelsunternehmen
Erfahrung in der Führung von kleinen Teams
Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsweisen

What you give your best for.
Leading and developing a motivated team of two to three employees
Helping shape and drive forward strategic issues across teams within the department
Assisting with the optimisation of national and international buying processes (tenders, negotiations, contract management)
Supporting quarterly planning and communication with senior management
Supporting financial planning within the department
Acting as an interface to relevant staff units across the entire organisation

Your Profile

What you should have.
Academic degree in business economics, business informatics or a similar subject
Analytical and conceptual mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with various hierarchy levels
Excellent consulting skills with an ability to prepare and present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
Very good German and English language skills

Desirable extras.
Several years of professional experience in a central function (buying, finance, etc.) in a retail company
Experience in leading small teams
Familiarity with agile working methods
