Serve as the technical interface for the Company’s VW program power products. Take charge of customer technical communication, requirement translation and solution implementation for on-board power products (DCDC/OCDC), and support end-to-end technical delivery of the program from quotation to mass production.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical interface for power products (DCDC/OCDC) under the VW program, responsible for understanding customer requirements, technical clarification and solution design.
- Interpret VW technical specifications and SOR, complete requirement breakdown, feasibility analysis and technical solution deliverables.
- Participate in program planning and manage technical risks, including risk identification, assessment, countermeasure formulation and closed-loop tracking.
- Be familiar with VW standard terminology and requirement management practices, lead technical reviews and issue resolution with VW customers.
- Coordinate local German teams with R&D, quality and supply chain resources at China headquarters to ensure delivery against program milestones.
- Support technical assessment and quotation input during the RFQ phase.
- Monitor technical trends of European on-board power industry and competitors, and support product roadmap planning and talent mapping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.
- Familiar with common topologies and key performance metrics of DCDC/OCDC (efficiency, power density, EMC, functional safety, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in product development or technical support for on-board power, on-board chargers and DCDC products.
- Experience as a technical interface for VW projects; familiar with VW terminology, development processes and requirement management methodology.
- Competent in project management: solution planning, risk identification & control, and cross-functional driving.
- Language: Fluent in German and English.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to travel.
