Responsibilities
- Act as the Owner's Representative and take full responsibility for managing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from Ready-to-Build (RTB) through Commercial Operation Date (COD).
- Coordinate EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, grid operators, and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and successfully commissioned.
- Oversee EPC contract execution, key project milestones, grid connection testing, commissioning, and project acceptance.
- Conduct regular site visits across Europe to supervise project execution, identify on-site issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal investment, legal, finance, and operations teams to manage project risks, changes, and cross-functional activities during the construction phase.
- Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects to the Operations team, delivering compliant and operational assets.
Qualification
- sBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
- .Minimum of 3 years' experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or power engineering project management, with hands-on experience managing projects from RTB to COD
- .Solid understanding of EPC management and grid connection processes for European energy storage projects
- .English is required as the working language. Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, or Polish) is highly preferred
- .Strong coordination, communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- .Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites across Europe
