Service Technician - Medical Devices
Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany (On-site)
Join a well-established medical technology company with more than 60 years of experience developing innovative solutions for minimally invasive surgery. The business partners closely with physicians to improve patient outcomes, reduce pain, and advance standards of care. With a strong international presence and a customer network spanning over 70 countries, they are looking for a Service Technician to strengthen their team.
Your tasks:
- Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of our devices – both in their workshop at the Munich site and as part of the telephone consultation and support of our customers
- Fault diagnosis and repair, service and maintenance work
- Implementation of modifications and upgrades
- Implementation of initial training and instruction at home and abroad
- Safety and quality controls
- Independent execution of safety and metrological controls
- Support of the production team
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in medical technology or electrical engineering or comparable medical technology training with further training as a technician
- Experience in technical service and customer support for medical devices
- Sound knowledge of electronics, fault diagnosis and system analysis
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the development, production, and quality teams
- Good knowledge of German and English
