Senior Project Manager Construction (Data Center)

Location: Frankfurt

The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing developer of large-scale data centres, with several major construction projects underway across Frankfurt region. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of technically complex infrastructure projects through construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex construction and infrastructure projects from execution through commissioning.
• Manage contractors, budgets, schedules, quality and project risks.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, MEP/TGA and construction workstreams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage technical and commercial interfaces with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in construction or project management.
• Background in data centres or other technically complex infrastructure. Candidates from energy, substations, industrial construction are also highly relevant.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Fluent German and good English.
